Who we are

MyPark Corp., a Florida corporation, 121 Alhambra Plaza, Suite 1000, Coral Gables, FL 33134 ("MyPark", "we") runs the MyPark app, web app, admin portal and this website. Contact us at support@usemypark.com.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone); vehicle and reservation details; location when you use the app to find or open a spot; payment information, which is processed by our payment provider Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); device and usage data such as app version, logs and cookies; and messages you send to support or sales.

Location data

With your permission, the app uses your device's precise location to show nearby spots and to open your reserved spot. You can turn this off in your device settings, though some features won't work.

Vehicle data

We collect the license plate, make and model you enter.

No cameras or license-plate readers

MyPark devices do not use cameras or license-plate recognition.

Analytics

We use site analytics tools, such as Wix site analytics and similar services (which may include Google Analytics), to understand how our website and app are used. These tools may use cookies and collect device and usage information.

Sensitive data

We process precise geolocation only with your consent.

How we use it

To provide reservations and access to parking spots, process payments and send receipts, provide support, keep the service secure and prevent fraud, improve our products, and send service messages. With your consent, we may send marketing messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us run MyPark (for example Stripe for payments, and hosting and analytics providers), with the property owner or operator of the lot where you park as needed to run the service, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to: know and access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; get a portable copy; opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and profiling; and withdraw consent to processing of sensitive data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, email support@usemypark.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International users

MyPark operates in the United States (including Puerto Rico), the United Arab Emirates and Jamaica. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure.

Data security incidents

If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including Fla. Stat. § 501.171.

Children

MyPark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact support@usemypark.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
