MyPark Corp is a Miami smart-parking company. Our patented MyPark device and app let drivers find, reserve and get into a premium parking spot from their phone, and give property owners a fully automated, revenue-generating amenity.
The idea started when an office parking spot kept getting taken by people visiting the bank in the lobby. The way to control that spot became the MyPark device (CBS Miami). MyPark was founded by Luis Mayendia, founder and CEO.
Today MyPark runs at malls, condos, hotels and garages in Miami, Puerto Rico, Dubai, Sharjah and Jamaica, including Kennedy House Condo, Plaza Las Américas, Dubai Festival City Mall and Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills. More than 504,000 drivers have registered.
