ENFORCE EV CHARGING STATIONS

In addition to MyPark’s unique enforcement of premium parking spots, property managers can add a simple solution that will allow you to provide enforcement of a highly sought after EV charging amenity to residents:

• Spots would be reserved only for residents of who own an EV through a private dedicated lot on the MyPark platform. 

​

• Residents would register at the office where you will add their name to the MyPark admin portal

​

• Only registered residents would be able to see those spots on the MyPark app.

 

• Monetizing the EV charging amenity has never been easier. You can choose to set them as free to your residents for a reasonable time for them to recharge, and then charge a fee after that to avoid them overstaying. Alternatively, you can charge an hourly rate to recoup the cost of electricity and even earn revenue for the association or management company.
